Payment by bank card
To choose to pay for accommodation services by card on the corresponding page of the website (booking form) you should click on the button “payment by card”. Payment is made through the authorization server of the bank’s processing center using bank credit cards of payment systems:
- VISA International
- MasterCard Worldwide
Description of the data transfer process
In order to make a payment, you need to provide your plastic card details. The transfer of information is done in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data are reported only to the bank’s authorization server via a secure channel (SSL 3.0 protocol). The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on the specialized server of the payment system.
Your confidential data is fully protected. No one, including the reservation system, can get them. When working with confidential data, the PCI DSS, a data protection standard created by Visa and MasterCard payment systems, is applied. Data transfer technology guarantees security through the use of encryption protocols, Verified by Visa and Secure Code technologies.
Description of the payment process
If you choose the form of payment by plastic card, the payment for the order is made immediately after its registration. After completing the application for accommodation, click on the button “Payment by card”, the system will switch you to the page of authorization server, where you will be asked to enter the data of plastic card, initiate its authorization, and then return to the booking form. Once you return to the reservation form, the system will notify you of the authorization results. In case of authorization confirmation, your order will be automatically fulfilled according to the conditions you set. If the card authorization is denied, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.
When canceling an order
In case of cancellation or reduction of the reservation after the payment has been made, you can order another service of the hotel for this amount, or return the whole amount to the card by writing an e-mail to info@panorama-apart.ru. Refunds will be made to the card from which the payment was previously made. According to the selected tariff, payment terms may vary. You need to familiarize yourself with the rate information in advance when making your selection.
Arrival at the hotel
Upon arrival at the hotel, individuals must present a receipt with a bank stamp of payment and the passport of the cardholder, if payment is made by bank card.
Payment by Visa bank cards
All types of VISA payment cards are accepted, except Visa Electron. In most cases, Visa Electron card is not applicable for online payments, except for cards issued by certain banks. You should check with your card issuing bank about the possibility to pay with Visa Electron card.
Payment by MasterCard credit cards
The site accepts all types of MasterCard for payment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- your credit card number;
- your credit card expiration date, month/year;
- CVV code for Visa cards / CVC code for Master Card:
The 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
If your card does not have a CVC / CVV code, it may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. transactions where the card itself is not present, but its details are used) and you should contact your bank for more information.
